Product introduction
• High-performance with sealing Fully annealed aluminium sleeve at working pressures up to 300 bar (4,350 lb/in2) depending on the application.
• Reliable sealing can withstand a wide temperature range.
• Exacting Quality control on materials and processes through the whole production.
• No thread cutting or reaming required, no special preparation required to block common drilled holes.
• its Unique hole filling capability had improved sealing Wider hole tolerances.
• Simplify automated alignment processes with larger hole size tolerances .
• Provides Robust hole blocking with high vibration resistance.
• Reduced blind side protrusion, shorter placement length can be used
Limit the depth of the hole.
• Low force ideal for thin wall,Lightweight casting.
• Able to be developed custom designs to suit specific applications.
process
• Sleeve compression via consistent breakstem load ensures
repeatable sealing with no tool settings involved.
• No special tool required of operators to install.
How to install
This installation sequence is equally applicable to manual placing
tools, pneumatic, battery powered or fully automated systems.
1. Insert rivet into the tool nose.
2. Insert sealing blind rivet fully inside the hole of application, so the
tool nose contacts the application.
3. Press tool trigger to install the sealing blind rivet.
The rivet breaks off at a predetermined force.
The sleeve expands its shape to barrel and against the wall of the bore seals gently.
